Our Model Calls/searches are utilized to find subjects for our “portfolio sessions”, these are held periodically throughout the year.
Poriolio shoots serve one solemn purpose “ to carry out our vision “. As photographers we are not always able to do this with our day-to-day clients, and thus we use our portfolio work to fully express ourselves creatively. Please bare this in mind, when viewing your moodboard – although we’d love to share in on other ideas – it is essential that all persons involved adhere to the vision at hand. Your images will be lovely and all things wonderful – we promise. :)
Please bear in mind that depending on the project at hand, a portfolio fee may be applicable. Should you or your child be selected for one of our ‘portfolio sessions’, more information regarding this matter will then be sent to you.
Although we strive to provide all that is needed to achieve the images we envision, we often rely on the openness of the parent/client to place full effort where clothing and grooming is concerned.
If your child’s clothing is being sponsored through Nestling by a boutique, it is essential that the focus remains within that boutique’s styling and clothing range only.
Please arrive ahead of time! We often book locations that charge by the hour – the rates can be quite exuberant. Being late by as little as 15 min will disrupt and rush the entire session, and compromise the outcome of the shoot. Please plan to arrive 20 min ahead of time in order to accommodate load shedding, traffic and getting lost!
Strictly NO other cameras are permitted during our session including camera phones – no exceptions whatsoever.
Nestling reserves the right to not disclose any RAW un-edited image files. Clients will receive a selection of High-Resolution, beautifully edited images via private online gallery for easy access and download.
Nestling Photography retains the legal copyright and ownership of these images, and may utilize them for marketing purposes, including and not limited to, marketing campaigns, website, blog, magazine features and publishing, other blogs, all marketing material, all social media platforms and business cards.

Under no circumstances will Nestling Studio, its owners, or employees be liable for, including, but not limited to any costs, damages, losses or injuries occurred at any point. This includes without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury.
